1 · Branding What employees see when they join

Your logo and company name appear in the STEPPI app when your team registers, so it looks official and on-brand from the first screen.

2 · Profiling How your data is grouped

Employees select their function and location when they register. This is profiling data — separate from the teams you set up for a challenge — that lets us break your reporting down by department and office, for richer insights that go beyond any single challenge.

Functions

Departments, verticals, entities — however your organisation is structured. Add one at a time — type one and press Add, then repeat.

Locations

Town, city, country or region — whatever suits your sites. Add one at a time — type one and press Add, then repeat.
